Thoughts Of Going Raw

I have had thoughts of adding raw food into my diet the end result being at least 95% raw. Combined with cycling, my exercise of choice, I should be well on the way to being healthy. Last night I made Kale Salad and today I made Raw Cashew Hummus which is very tasty. Below are pictures of the salad and hummus.

KALE SALAD

Kale, Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes, Shredded Carrots, Pinch of Sea Salt
Sun Flower Seeds, Brewers Yeast Flakes, 
Hemp Seeds, Apple Cider Vinegar
Fresh Lemon Juice


RAW CASHEW HUMMUS

Soaked Cashews, Red Bell Peppers, Himalayan Sea Salt
Cayenne Pepper
